Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return. Please provide us with your name, email address, contact number, shipping address, order ID (if applicable), item name(s) and the reason for return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods that are within 30 days from the date of item purchased. You must contact us by email at email@example.com before sending the item back to us. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
- All merchandise returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with their original packaging and tags intact.
- We seek your understanding that all sales and promotional items are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds are available.
- Please note that shipping charges incurred will not be refunded in the return/exchange.
- All postage fees are to be borned by customer unless there is a mistake on our end. Le Conte Bear will seek to rectify it as soon as possible.
- Le Conte Bear is not responsible for the loss of item being returned. Thus we recommend using registered mail or any other trackable and reliable delivery method.

- A notification email with approval or rejection of refund status will be sent to you after we receive your returned item.
- We will process the refund and issue a store credit to your account mobile wallet, with a 6 months validity period.
- Please note that store credit does not include postal fees previously incurred from original purchase & 7% tax on goods.
